Kitchen Hardware: Matte black cabinet pulls (Lowe’s)
Light Fixtures: Matte black farmhouse pendants over the island (Amazon)
Bathroom Hardware: Matte black faucets and towel bars
👉 Why it works: Black hardware is a budget-friendly way to give any space a modern, elevated look.
Bathrooms
Tile: Neutral 12x24 ceramic tile (Floor & Decor)
Tubs/Showers: Resurfaced fiberglass with a framed black shower door
