Shop My Flips: The Exact Paint Colors, Fixtures and Finishes We Use

One of the most common questions I get is: “What color is that paint?” or “Where did you find that light fixture?”

So I decided to put it all in one place. Every flip we do is designed to feel timeless, family-friendly, and welcoming — and the finishes we choose are both stylish and practical. If you’ve ever wanted to recreate the look of one of my flips in your own home, here’s a breakdown of the exact products we used.

Wall Colors

  • Walls: Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray (Eggshell finish)

  • Trim & Doors: Sherwin Williams Bright White (Semi-Gloss)

  • Ceilings: Sherwin Williams Ceiling White (Flat)

👉 Why it works: These neutrals create a clean, modern backdrop that appeals to buyers and makes rooms feel bigger.

Flooring

  • Main Living Areas: Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in a warm oak tone (Home Depot brand)

  • Bedrooms: Builder-grade neutral carpet for softness and warmth

👉 Why it works: LVP is durable, affordable, and kid/pet-friendly. It’s my go-to for flips and rentals.

Fixtures & Hardware

  • Kitchen Hardware: Matte black cabinet pulls (Lowe’s)

  • Light Fixtures: Matte black farmhouse pendants over the island (Amazon)

  • Bathroom Hardware: Matte black faucets and towel bars

👉 Why it works: Black hardware is a budget-friendly way to give any space a modern, elevated look.

Bathrooms

  • Tile: Neutral 12x24 ceramic tile (Floor & Decor)

  • Tubs/Showers: Resurfaced fiberglass with a framed black shower door

  • Vanity Fixtures: Simple, clean-lined mirrors and matte black faucets

👉 Why it works: Bathrooms sell houses. Keeping them neutral ensures broad appeal while still feeling fresh.

Appliances

  • Kitchen: Stainless steel Samsung package (range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge)

👉 Why it works: Stainless steel instantly elevates a kitchen and remains a buyer favorite.

Bringing It All Together

Design doesn’t have to be complicated. The key is choosing finishes that are timeless, cohesive, and easy to replicate. These are the exact products we used — not just inspiration photos — so you can bring the same look into your own home.
